FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What are your rental delivery areas? Fort Wayne, Aboite, Auburn, Garrett, New Haven, Kendallville and Churobusco.
2. When do you deliver? We deliver between the hours of 6am and 8am. We remove the signs that same evening between the hours of 8pm and 9pm. Special requests can be made on deliver times. We deliver 7 days a week.
3. What are the prices? One day rental is $55.00. Additional days cost $15.00/day.
4. Is there a delivery fee? There is no delivery fee for most of the Fort Wayne area. There is a $10.00 delivery fee for locations over 20 miles. Upon confirming your order we will notify you if a delivery fee is required.
5. What is included in the price? One personalized yard card with a short message on back from sender. The card is accompanied by up to 50 critters.
6. When is payment required? At the time you place the order if using a credit card. We accept VISA, Master card and Discover. Money Orders or Checks must be received one day prior to delivery date.
7. When should I reserve the sign? As soon as possible. Once we have your reservation we will confirm availability. Payment secures your reservation.
8. What about weather? The signs are made of plastic so they are weather proof from rain and snow. If the conditions are serious such as very high winds, or frozen ground, we will contact you immediately to cancel the order. If you do not wish to reschedule you will receive a full refund.
9. How big are the signs and how are they personalized? The signs are 5 foot tall and 4 foot wide. They are made of PVC using a digital print. They are personalized using vinyl letters. This creates a clean professional-looking sign.
10. How do you display the signs? The signs are put into the ground with small metal stakes.
11. Can I move the sign? We ask that you do not move the signs but rather call us and we will do it. A delivery fee may apply for each time that we have to come out and move the sign. If you have special instructions on where to place the display please notify us when you are making the reservation.
12. What is your refund policy? If you cancel 48 hours in advance a full refund will be received. If weather conditions prohibit us from delivering your yard display, we will attempt to reschedule. If this is not possible, we will fully refund your money.
